June 23, 2018, was the day it all started. We met in Lebanon, thanks to Zahra, the amazing person between us (we owe you big time, Zouzou). That day, a little crush sparked between us, but with miles apart and big life changes not yet in our plans, it seemed like just a sweet memory. Little did we know, it was just the beginning of our incredible journey together.
In August 2019, our paths crossed again. This time, we found ourselves growing closer, sharing more moments together and with friends. The crush, now impossible to ignore turned into something more. That year, Malik confided in Hiba's close friend Tarek, envisioning Hiba as his future wife, but he requested Tarek to keep it a secret. True to his word, Tarek only spilled the beans in 2022, after Hiba and Malik officially became a couple.
The world had paused in 2020 due to COVID, derailing all the plans Hiba and Malik had to meet up again. But as time moved on, so did we. In 2022, Malik made a trip to Dubai, and they reunited. This time, it was tougher for Malik to hide his feelings. Encouraged by his friends, he decided it was time to speak up. So, in July 2022, while Hiba was busy with her Master's classes in Spain, Malik took a leap of faith and expressed his feelings.
July 16, 2022 - A Memorable Date in Maghdouche, Lebanon. It was here where our paths aligned once more, and we openly shared our feelings, marking the official start of our beautiful journey together. That day in Maghdouche wasn't just about confessing hidden feelings; it was the beginning of a new, shared chapter in our lives.
