3. Transportation
a. We recommend you rent a car as it will be much cheaper than taking cabs! I believe anyone can rent a car as long as they have an international driving license -
quoting Roads and Transport Authority - "If you are on a visit to UAE and holding a valid international driving license, accordingly you can rent a car or drive a car registered to your name or one of your 1st degree relatives."
Driving in Dubai as a Foreigner - check this link for more information.
b. Another option is to use the Metro - Dubai Metro have enough destinations but won't cover all Attractions but will still be more affordable than cabs!
c. Lastly, if you want to use cabs, please use apps Careem or Uber to order cabs.
4. For any food apps - if you choose to order in - Use Deliveroo, Talabat, or Careem.
